This site has full leagues with cups and the prospect of playing in the champions league, you can play as an manager or as a player. When you sign up you will need to enter your skill level and that determines what value you are, or contact the admin to have an interview for a managers roll. If you sign up to be a player you will need to contact the the managers and ask for a trail, and you never know you might just get an offer.
